    We are continuing to work our vendor to get an estimated time to resolution. They have confirmed that there is a Internet routing issue which is affecting access to the site however we are unable to quantify or isolate what routes or service providers are explicitly affected at this time.

    Please be advised that we have been made aware by our Internet provider that they are now monitoring an incident that had the potential to effect network access to our website resulting in failed connections or slow speeds. This incident was initiated on 29th March at 16:22 (UK Time/BST) and the provider implemented emergency maintenance last evening between 22:00-22:47 to apply workarounds.

    We are engaging with our 3rd party to evaluate current status but please note that the nature of Internet routing means the impact of this incident to our customers is difficult to specify.
