Issues affecting being unable to submit a lab report

    What went wrong
    Our Redis nodes experienced high memory consumption which caused a white screen when browsing to act.practice-labs.com and prevented some users from submitting lab reports.
    Who was impacted
    - Users trying to access our act.practice-labs.com platform

    Why it went wrong

    We experienced an unexpected high volume of traffic going to our redis nodes which caused the memory consumption to be unstable.

    How did we fix it

    We backed up and restarted some of the practice labs services and added additional monitoring.
