This issue has now been resolved, our internal testing has come back with positive results and we have return service to the data center. Thank you for your patience.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident with the Data Center team. We are continuing to experience network instability for Atlanta and Lab services remain off for this particular site. All labs remain available across our other Data Centres.

We are continuing to work with our Data Center team to implement remedial actions to recover full connectivity to the Atlanta site.

We have identified an issue with our primary firewall which is experiencing network packet loss to the internet. All lab servers in Atlanta will be temporarily put into Maintenance to prevent further traffic going there until a resolution is applied. If you are currently being affected accessing a lab, we recommend logging out and back in again to get a Lab from an alternative location.

We have located the issue and implemented a fix. This incident is now resolved and we are currently monitoring to ensure this issue does not repeat.

This incident will now be closed. Our 3rd party vendor confirmed a repair was made to a fiber connection that was faulty. We await their RCA for the incident.

We have been informed that the Internet circuit is now resolved by our vendor. All services should now be restored however we will keep this incident in a Monitoring status and continue to perform sanity checks on the platform. We sincerely apologise for this extended break in service offering. We will be following up with our vendor for a root cause.

The ULCC Internet circuit has been restored however additional configuration is required to fully restore services. This work is now underway.

An engineer from our third-party vendor is currently performing repairs within the data centre. An estimated time of 23:00 BST has been provided for this issue to be resolved however we remain reserved

Our third party vendor is working hard with us to resolve this issue, at this time, Engineers are onsite investigating the issue and building a resolution plan to fix the issue.

We are still working with our third party provider to find a resolution to this issue. Currently our third party provider believes that they have found out what has been causing the issue.

Their engineers are doing their best to investigate this issue and find a resolution to it. We apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

We have identified the issue and currently working on a resolution. Users are now able to log in and access the platform. We are now investigating the issue with lab devices not powering on.

We are aware of and investigating the issue that is preventing access to the Practice Labs platform via the login page or from a learning management system.

This incident is now resolved, we apologise for the disruption to Peristent lab users.

We are seeing a positive response from our screenshot devices and our infrastructure team has confirmed that the issue has been resolved. Users are now able to use screenshot tool on the DRT Datacenter while using our Stoneware device client.
